Ghulam Mohammad Baksh Butt
Legendary era (22 May 1878 – 23 May 1960), known as Rustam-e-IndoPak for Rostam of IndoPak and now and will always known as The Great Gama, was a Pehlwani wrestler in Indo Pak and a strongest man the early 20th century, he was an undefeated Pehlwani (wrestling) legendarychampion of the world.
Ghulam Muhammad Baksh Butt was born in the little village of Jabbowal, Amritsar District in the Punjab Province of Indo Pak in 1878, Ghulam Muhammad Baksh Butt was awarded a version of the World Heavyweight Championship on 15 October 1910. Undefeated in a career spanning more than 52 years, he is considered one of the greatest Pehlwans (wrestlers) of all time. After the partition of Indo Pak into the supremacy of Tehreek e Azadi of Pakistan in August 1947, Gama opted for Pakistan, where he died in City of Zinda dilon ka shahar (Live Heart People) Lahore on May 23, 1960.
